2. Video Processing & Data (Important!)
🔒 Temporary Processing: When you submit a video URL, we download and process the video temporarily on our secure servers to extract viral moments.
🚫 No Long-Term Video Storage: We do NOT permanently store your source videos. Video files are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
📹 Generated Clips: Your generated clips are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) to allow you to download them. After this period, clips are automatically deleted.
âš¡ No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, share, or distribute your videos or clips to any third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI clip generation services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or abuse
- Track your clip usage quota based on your subscription plan
4. AI and Data Processing
We use artificial intelligence to analyze video transcripts and detect viral moments. Our AI processing works as follows:
- Transcription: Videos are transcribed using AI speech-to-text technology
- Viral Detection: AI analyzes transcripts to identify high-engagement moments
- No Training: Your videos are NOT used to train AI models
- Privacy First: All processing happens on our secure infrastructure
5. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active
- Clip History: Metadata about generated clips is retained for your dashboard
- Video Files: Deleted within 24 hours of processing
- Generated Clips: Available for download for 24 hours, then deleted
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
