4. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to:

7. Subscription Plans and Payments
7.1 Free Plan
We offer a limited free plan with 5 clips per month. Free plan features and limits may change at any time.
7.2 Paid Subscriptions
We offer the following paid plans:
- Creator Plan: $7/month - 100 clips per month, HD export, animated subtitles
- Pro Plan: $19/month - 500 clips per month, all Creator features, commercial license, priority support
7.3 Lifetime Deals
Limited lifetime deals may be available:
- Starter Pack: $29 one-time - 50 clips/month forever
- Creator Pack: $59 one-time - 100 clips/month forever
Prices are subject to change. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price increases.
7.4 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
7.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan
- No refunds will be issued for any unused clips or time remaining
7.6 Refund Policy

All payments made to Openlys are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly subscriptions - no refunds for partial months or unused clips
- Lifetime deals - no refunds after purchase
- Plan upgrades - no refunds when upgrading
- Early cancellation - no refunds if you cancel before billing period ends
We offer a generous free tier so you can test the product before purchasing.
7.7 Fair Usage Policy

- Accounts with abnormally high usage may be contacted to discuss needs

9. Limitation of Liability

OPENLYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Copyright claims from third parties
- Platform bans or content removals
- Loss of data or generated content
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
